Cooking with Tommy...

This past Saturday we had our fifth cooking night with Tommy.  Normally Gail comes, but she was unable to make it and instead missed out on Scott's company (and the food). We spent the day shopping for groceries, then preparing food, and finally devouring the phenomenal dishes. With Mediterranean fare on the menu, we didn't know which recipes to leave out, so we made them all.  In addition to all the food you see in the pictures below, we also made grape leaves stuffed with lamb and feta cheese, grilled baba ghanoush, and hummus, all the while snacking on an amalgam of olives so rich with diversity that even an ostensive New Yorker magazine reader would be intrigued. Mmmmm, awesomeness abounded that night, and we ate entirely too much.  There aren't even any leftovers...we think Harrison got up in the middle of the night and inhaled a few spoonfuls of the spinach thing below.
