Harrison's Doctor's appointment

On Monday, Harrison went to see Dr. Govari a pediatric ENT about his tongue.  He told us Harrison's tongue is not necessarily too long but is wide and angled differently.  Harrison is thriving (no problems eating) so he was pleased with that.  Dr. Govari wants to make sure that his tongue is not interfering with his breathing so we will be giving Harrison saline drops in his nose three times daily and placing a humidifier in his room.  This hopefully will eliminate any allergies if there are any.  In order to make sure acid reflux is not interfering Harrison will be taking Zantac daily.  We will see Dr. Govari in 12 weeks for another evaluation.  Scott and I were pleased with the Dr.'s approach; he is in no rush to perform surgery, but did not rule it out.
